HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE eHI DISCOUNT
There are two ways to register for the eHI discounts:
- You can register and make payment by credit card at the Symposium's Online Registration pages and obtain the eHI discounted rate by entering the optional registration code "eHI" at the bottom of the secure online registration form:
- Alternatively you can print the downloadable registration form (http://www.readmissionssummit.com/regform.pdf), enter the optional registration code "eHI" and the discounted amount, and fax to 760-418-8084, scan it to registration@hcconferences.com or mail to:
